Construction: the hull, deck, coachroof and cockpit are constructed from a female mould in PVC and biaxial fibre sandwich. Where necessary different PVC densities have been used. The laminate is bonded with epaxy resin using vacuum bagging and oven post cured. Finish in gelcoat; the non-skid surface has been carried up to the deck by means of a female mould.
Various Detalis: rigid wings attached to the hull by bolts easily dismantled for ease of transport. Four tapered stanchions in stainless steel that can be disassembled, specifically designed fore and aft pulpits in stainless steel. Removable handrail. The cockpit contains a watertight engine compartment to house the outboard engine. Interior finish: the interior has been created from a reversemould sandwich, which includes the two berhs in the saloon and the keel structure cover, and is finished wth gelcoat: the beth panel in the prow is made from composite and is an intergral part of the hull's structure.
